CASE OBJECTIVE
- Appointment of an experienced banking executive to support business planning and commercial development.
- Development of internal procedures and customer contracts.
- Definition of network scope.
- Deployment of ATMs and GIMAC cards.
IMPLEMENTATION
- Establishment of a local processing center in Cameroon in SaaS mode for issuing and acquiring operations.
- Deployment of a banking information system, accounting system, and OMOA SaaS switch.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
- Card transactions launched successfully within the first year.
- Automated customer reconciliation in place.
- With PA-DSS/PCI-compliant solutions, the institution was able to secure compliance and successfully become a bank.
