    CASE OBJECTIVE
    • Appointment of an experienced banking executive to support business planning and commercial development.
    • Development of internal procedures and customer contracts.
    • Definition of network scope.
    • Deployment of ATMs and GIMAC cards.
    IMPLEMENTATION
    • Establishment of a local processing center in Cameroon in SaaS mode for issuing and acquiring operations.
    • Deployment of a banking information system, accounting system, and OMOA SaaS switch.
    RESULTS ACHIEVED
    • Card transactions launched successfully within the first year.
    • Automated customer reconciliation in place.
    • With PA-DSS/PCI-compliant solutions, the institution was able to secure compliance and successfully become a bank.
