New cardless withdrawal and deposit services on ATM
CASE OBJECTIVE
- Delivery of a Master ATM Package and Currency Template
- Cardless and deposit trasacation assistant
- New 24/7 ATM services promoting financial inclusion for the population
IMPLEMENTATION
- Integration of new cardless operations including cash withdrawal, cash deposit ;
- Update of routing and authorization mechanisms to support cardless services ;
- Activation of user interfaces and workflows dedicated to cardless transactions on ATMs ;
- Activation of cash-in modules for deposits.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
- Enable cardless services
- Leverage the existing payment switch for transaction management, routing, and authorization of cardless transactions.
- Reduce reliance on physical cards while maintaining the same ISO 8583 / payment switch ecosystem.
- Reduced branch traffic for deposits and withdrawals.
