On all our sites, we have taken all the necessary measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and our partners: barrier gestures, division of site’s workforce into three groups, working from home policy whenever possible, purchase of masks, gloves and hydroalcoholic gels… We also encourage our customers to strictly respect social distancing and barrier gestures when we intervene on their sites.
Thanks to these measures, OMOA employees can continue to be mobilized on a daily basis, in complete safety, to ensure the proper completion and monitoring of all banking transactions on all channels of our clients. These measures allow us to continue our maintenance services for ATMs in high demand and to guarantee their smooth operation 24/7. They also allow us to continue to ensure the processing and interoperability of payment transactions and cash withdrawals from our customers.
The OMOA teams also remain attentive to all the banks’ needs: we continue, by applying the recommended security measures, to deliver them and install ATMs to meet the cash needs of their customers; to install software solutions on their ATMs to ensure the continuity of their essential operations despite lockdown and branch closures, for example via virtual agent solutions; performing the software migrations necessary for the security of electronic payment equipment, etc.
